Starting from the BayGenomics Web Site:

To view BayGenomics gene traps on the UCSC Genome Browser, click on the UCSC link located next to Genome Mapping on the cell line annotation page.

Clicking on UCSC will bring up a new window that displays the UCSC Genome Browser on Mouse with the BayGenomics genetags automatically displayed. The cell line RRF211 was used for this example.
