The approach and resources of BayGenomics are outlined on our Project Organization page.
We offer ES cell lines for the purpose of producing knockout mouse. We also offer in situ hybridization images for the purpose of analyzing gene-expression patterns. And we offer a new program, GenMAPP, for the purpose of analyzing DNA microarray data. We also generate a limited number of knockout mice, for the purpose of finding genes important to cardiopulmonary development and disease. All mice are available for distribution. We also offer workshops and on-line bioinformatics tutorials.
