BayGenomics is currently in the process of revising their workshop materials for use in undergraduate instruction. Listed below is the pilot effort in this regard undertaken in collaboration with Sibdas Ghosh, PhD, of Dominican University of California.
DUC Modules (password protected)These materials are adapted from Bioinformatics Training Courses jointly sponsored by BayGenomics, an NIH Program in Genomic Applications funded by the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute and by the UCSF Resource for Biocomputing, Visualization, and Informatics, funded by the NIH National Center for Research Resources.
