BayGenomics Is Closed

The BayGenomics project completed on July 31, 2008 and cell line annotations are no longer available at this site. For more current cell line annotations, please visit the International Gene Trap Consortium (IGTC), which provides information on all cell lines from BayGenomics as well other consortium members. For more information, please contact igtc-help@genetrap.org.

BayGenomics cell line data have been deposited at publicly accessible databases:

• Chromatograms have been submitted to the NCBI Trace Archives.
• Base calls have been submitted to the NCBI Genome Survey Sequences Database (dbGSS).
• in situ images have been submitted to the International Gene Trap Consortium (IGTC).

Excluding cell line annotations, BayGenomics project information may be found at the BayGenomics Archival Site.
